Here To Help…
Unless some ulterior force has brought you to this site, it would be assumed that you are looking for some help with your eyes in some way, and here we can help you.
Our practice at 44 Market Place, Leicester, LE1 5GF is very centrally located and easy to find here is a map
Why not talk to one of our experienced staff about your concern, be it needing an Eye Examination, buying some new spectacles, refitting new lenses, contact lenses, mending your old spectacles, getting them adjusted or just a general query concerning eye health.
Chapman and Partners has been established on the Market Place since the 1980’s and under the professional care of Peter Kirby since 1991. Our aim is to simply provide a good, all round, eyecare service. Our prices are keen and, as an independent optician, we stock a very comprehensive range of spectacles from best value to many designer styles.
Please see our Spectacles page for more detail.
Vision Aid Overseas
Vision Aid Overseas is an eye care charity that Chapmans subscribes to. All your old spectacles and lenses can be brought in to the shop where they are collected on a monthly basis by the charity and recycled in countries where eye care is out of the reach of most people. Check out their website to see what wonderful work these people do. www.visionaidoverseas.org
For most single vision prescriptions, we can make up spectacles within one hour on the premises. We stock up to +/- 6 units and also a high index stock for minus prescriptions.
Should you prefer to keep your own spectacles and just replace lenses when the time comes, we are also happy to do that for you.
Whether the dog has chewed your frames or they have been dropped or stretched so that they no longer fit, we can probably help. We are one of the remaining opticians in Leicester that continue to mend spectacles in house and are happy to do so.
We look forward to helping you soon.
